I. Who we are
Prizm ("Prizm", "we", "us") provides AI and automation services to businesses. This policy explains how Prizm Integrations Co., of Reno, Nevada, collects and uses personal information when you visit goprizm.com, chat with us, or get in touch. For the purposes of data-protection law, we are the controller of that information.
II. What we collect
What you tell us. When you use our contact form, chat widget or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, where you are with AI, and the content of your message.
What your browser tells us. Like most websites, we and our providers automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and the date and time of your visit.
What others tell us. If you are referred to us, or we meet at an event, we may receive your business contact details from that source.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please don't send it to us.
III. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange conversations about our services.
- To provide, manage and invoice the services you engage us for.
- To run, secure and improve our website.
- To send occasional news about Prizm where you have agreed to it or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on the performance of a contract, on our legitimate interests in running and growing our business (balanced against your rights), and on legal obligations.
VI. Client data in our AI work
When we deliver services, our clients may give us access to their systems and data. That information is handled under our written agreement with each client, which sets out what we may do with it. In that work we act on the client's instructions, and this website policy does not apply to it.
VII. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to [RETENTION PERIOD]; client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the job seriously.
VIII. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
To use any of these rights, email connect@goprizm.com. We will reply within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
IX. Transfers, children, changes
International transfers. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children. Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
